Pollito Productions operates the mobile application Backrooms - Breakout. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use
We collect minimal information to ensure the app functions correctly. Specifically, we collect an anonymous User ID to manage and display your scores on our in-game leaderboard. We also use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, serve advertisements, and analyze app performance.

2. Third-Party Service Providers
The app utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. These include:

Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and licensing. (Privacy Policy)

AdMob: Used to serve advertisements (including rewarded videos). AdMob may collect data such as advertising IDs, approximate device location, and usage data (app activity) to personalize ads and prevent fraud. (Privacy Policy)

Firebase Realtime Database: Used to power our in-game scoreboard by securely storing your game scores linked to an anonymous User ID. (Privacy Policy)

3. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service may use "cookies" or local browser storage to save your game progress (e.g., whether you have successfully escaped or if you have unlocked unlimited spray paint). These are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your anonymous User ID and associated high scores in our database to maintain the in-game leaderboard. If you wish to have your data (including your scoreboard data) completely deleted from our servers, please contact us at pollitoproductions.dev@gmail.com with your request. We will process your deletion request promptly.

5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.  

6. Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
