迹映是一款将 FIT、GPX、TCX 运动活动文件制作成轨迹视频和图片故事的 iOS App。本政策说明当前 App Store 版本如何处理数据。

**所有用户导入和生成的内容都只在用户自己的 iPhone 内使用。** 轨迹文件、运动指标、所选照片、编辑项目以及生成的视频和图片均在本机处理与保存，不会上传到迹映运营者的服务器。

## 1. 我们处理的数据

- **活动文件与运动数据**：你主动导入的 FIT、GPX、TCX 文件可能包含时间、路线坐标、海拔、速度、心率、踏频或步频、功率、设备来源及活动汇总。
- **所选照片**：只有你主动选择添加到故事的照片才会被读取。App 可读取照片的拍摄时间与 GPS 信息，用于把缩略图关联到相应轨迹位置。
- **作品与偏好**：故事项目、导出记录、单位制、隐私遮罩范围及其他编辑设置。
- **购买权益**：App 使用 Apple StoreKit 验证订阅、永久买断、恢复购买和优惠代码的有效状态。

上述活动数据、照片处理、故事项目和视频/图片渲染均在设备端完成。当前版本不会把原始活动文件、完整轨迹、所选照片或导出作品上传到迹映运营者的服务器，也不会出售或共享这些内容。

## 2. 照片、位置与导出文件

迹映不会持续读取你的设备位置，也不会在后台记录运动路线。路线来自你主动导入的活动文件。

照片的 GPS 或拍摄时间仅用于本机轨迹匹配。导出的视频和图片不会保留所选照片的 EXIF 或 GPS 元数据。App 默认隐藏路线首尾各 200 米，你可以在导出前调整隐私遮罩并检查预览。

## 3. 地图与网络访问

地图预览和地图素材准备可能通过 Apple MapKit 或 App 配置的 MapLibre/OpenStreetMap 地图资源发起网络请求。相应服务提供方可能按其政策处理完成请求所必需的 IP 地址、设备和网络信息。视频与图片的最终合成在设备端完成。

## 4. 购买与支付

月度、季度、年度订阅和永久版购买由 Apple 处理。迹映不会取得你的银行卡或支付卡完整信息；App 只读取 Apple 返回并经过验证的交易与权益状态，以开放相应功能。Apple 对购买数据的处理适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策。

## 5. 追踪、广告与分析

当前版本不集成广告 SDK、跨 App 追踪 SDK 或第三方行为分析 SDK，不会为广告目的建立用户画像。

## 6. 存储、删除与保留期限

导入的活动载荷、项目和导出记录保存在你的设备上，直至你在“设置”中选择“删除全部本地数据”、删除具体内容或卸载 App。已保存到系统“照片”或通过系统分享导出的文件由你自行管理。

如果未来版本开放账号同步、Garmin/Strava 直连或云端渲染，我们会在启用相关功能前更新本政策、App 内说明和 App Store 隐私申报，并在需要时征得你的同意。

## 7. 儿童隐私

迹映不面向儿童收集个人信息。当前版本不会把用户活动内容发送给迹映运营者。

## 8. 政策更新与联系方式

数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本政策的生效日期，并同步更新 App Store Connect 中的隐私信息。

# 迹映 (Jiying) Privacy Policy

迹映 turns FIT, GPX, and TCX activity files into route videos and image stories. This policy describes the data practices of the current App Store version.

**All user-imported and generated content is used only on the user's own iPhone.** Activity files, fitness metrics, selected photos, editing projects, and generated videos and images are processed and stored on-device and are not uploaded to servers operated by 迹映.

## 1. Data the App Processes

- **Activity files and fitness data:** FIT, GPX, or TCX files you import may contain timestamps, route coordinates, elevation, speed, heart rate, cadence, power, device attribution, and activity summaries.
- **Selected photos:** The app accesses only photos you actively select for a story. Capture time and GPS metadata may be read on-device to associate a thumbnail with the corresponding route location.
- **Projects and preferences:** Story projects, export records, units, route privacy radius, and editing preferences.
- **Purchase entitlements:** Apple StoreKit is used to verify subscriptions, the lifetime purchase, restored purchases, and offer-code entitlements.

Activity processing, photo matching, story editing, and video/image rendering happen on the device. The current version does not upload original activity files, complete routes, selected photos, or exported works to servers operated by 迹映, and we do not sell or share that content.

## 2. Photos, Location, and Exports

迹映 does not continuously access your device location and does not record workouts in the background. Routes come from activity files you choose to import.

Photo GPS and capture time are used only for on-device route matching. Exported videos and images do not retain the selected photos' EXIF or GPS metadata. The first and last 200 meters of a route are hidden by default; you can adjust the privacy radius and review the preview before exporting.

## 3. Maps and Network Access

Map previews and map-asset preparation may make network requests through Apple MapKit or configured MapLibre/OpenStreetMap resources. Those providers may process IP address, device, and network information necessary to serve the request under their own policies. Final video and image composition is performed on the device.

## 4. Purchases and Payments

Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. 迹映 does not receive complete payment-card details. The app reads Apple-verified transaction and entitlement status only to unlock features. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

## 5. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

The current version does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking SDKs, or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, and it does not create profiles for advertising.

## 6. Storage, Deletion, and Retention

Imported activity payloads, projects, and export records remain on your device until you use “Delete All Local Data” in Settings, delete the relevant content, or uninstall the app. Files saved to Photos or shared through the system share sheet are managed by you.

If a future version enables account sync, direct Garmin/Strava integrations, or cloud rendering, we will update this policy, the in-app explanation, and the App Store privacy disclosures before enabling those features and request consent where required.

## 7. Children's Privacy

迹映 is not designed to collect children's personal information. The current version does not send user activity content to the app operator.

## 8. Changes and Contact

If data practices change, we will update the effective date of this policy and the privacy information in App Store Connect.
