3. Modpack Policy
Notwithstanding the restrictions above, the compiled JAR file (the version of the mod intended for play) may be freely included in any modpack (public or private) without requiring explicit permission, provided that:

The modpack is not sold for a fee.

Credit is given to the original project ("Create: Alcohol Industry").

The mod is not re-hosted individually on other websites outside of the modpack context.
