INSTALLING GOOGLE CHROME ON SLACKWARE
------------------------------------------

1. Download the Slackbuild
--------------------------

Slackware 15
lftp -c "open https://mirrors.kernel.org/slackware/slackware64-15.0/extra/ && mirror google-chrome"

OR

Slackware current
lftp -c "open https://mirrors.kernel.org/slackware/slackware64-current/extra/ && mirror google-chrome"


2. Download Google Chrome
-------------------------

open http://www.google.com/chrome

Click the download button, and select either:

    < >  32 bit .deb (for Debian/Ubuntu)
OR
    < >  64 bit .deb (for Debian/Ubuntu)

Save into google-chrome folder


3. Then run the Slackbuild
--------------------------

./google-chrome.SlackBuild

cd /tmp
upgradepkg --install-new google-chrome-135.0.7049.52-x86_64-1.txz
