Permission is hereby granted to any person obtaining a copy of this software
and associated documentation files (the "Software") to use, copy, modify,
and redistribute the Software, including modified versions, under the
following conditions:

1. Free Use

The Software may be used free of charge for:

- private gameplay
- non-commercial servers
- educational or personal projects
- free-to-play servers without monetization, paid access, or paid perks

2. Commercial Use and Charity Clause

Any use of the Software in a commercial context requires compliance with
this clause. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

- servers that charge money or accept donations for access or gameplay perks
- inclusion in paid or donation-supported modpacks
- monetized hosting, services, or content built around the Software

Commercial use is permitted only if the user makes a recurring or one-time
donation to a recognized charitable organization.

The author does not mandate a specific charity, but the donation must be:

- to a registered non-profit or charitable organization
- made in good faith
- proportional to the scale and duration of use

Redistribution of the Software by itself does not constitute commercial use.
Commercial use refers to the context in which the Software is used or offered,
not the act of redistribution alone.

3. Modpacks

Inclusion of the Software in modpacks is permitted:

- free of charge for non-commercial modpacks
- under the commercial use clause for monetized or donation-supported modpacks

4. Attribution and License Preservation

Redistributions, including modified versions and derivative works, must:

- retain this license and copyright notice in full
- not remove, weaken, or bypass the charity clause
- clearly indicate that modifications were made, where applicable

5. License Scope

This license applies only to original code authored by the copyright holder.

Any third-party code, libraries, templates, or tooling included in this project
remain licensed under their respective original licenses and are not affected
by the charity clause.

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Enforcement

Failure to comply with the commercial use or license preservation clauses
revokes permission to use, modify, or distribute the Software.
