INTRODUCTION Welcome to Eldho's Textures. Eldho's Textures is a Minecraft resource pack compilation created and maintained by REAL_ELDHO. This project combines carefully selected visual enhancements, PvP improvements, user interface modifications, quality-of-life features and other Minecraft resource pack elements into one convenient package. This license establishes the terms and conditions under which individuals may download, access, use and privately modify Eldho's Textures. By downloading, accessing, installing or using this resource pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the applicable terms of this license. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the materials covered by this license. --- # 2. PERMITTED USES Subject to this license and the licences governing any third-party components, users are permitted to: ### 2.1 Personal Downloading Download Eldho's Textures from its official distribution sources for personal use. ### 2.2 Personal Installation Install and use the resource pack in Minecraft for personal gameplay. ### 2.3 Private Modification Modify, customize, edit or replace textures and other components for personal use. ### 2.4 Private Customization Create personal variations of the resource pack, including: * Changing item textures. * Modifying block appearances. * Customizing GUI elements. * Changing particle effects. * Adjusting visual elements. * Adding or removing compatible resource pack components. ### 2.5 Personal Backups Create private backup copies of the resource pack for personal archival purposes. All permitted modifications must respect the rights and licensing conditions of the original creators whose materials are included. --- # 3. RESTRICTIONS The following activities are strictly prohibited for materials owned by REAL_ELDHO unless explicit written permission has been obtained. ### 3.1 No Public Redistribution You may not redistribute, share, transfer or distribute the original resource pack or modified versions publicly. This includes: * Uploading modified versions to GitHub. * Publishing modified versions on Modrinth. * Publishing modified versions on CurseForge. * Uploading modified versions to Planet Minecraft. * Sharing modified versions through public download websites. * Distributing modified versions through public Discord servers. * Uploading modified versions to file-sharing platforms. * Publishing modified versions through personal websites. ### 3.2 No Reuploading You may not reupload the original Eldho's Textures package to another platform or distribute it as your own resource pack. ### 3.3 No Unauthorized Republishing You may not publish, release, sell or otherwise make modified versions of materials owned by REAL_ELDHO publicly available. Private modifications are permitted under Section 2. ### 3.4 No Ownership Misrepresentation You may not: * Claim that Eldho's Textures was created by you. * Remove or falsify original authorship information. * Present REAL_ELDHO's original work as your own. * Misrepresent your involvement in creating this project. ### 3.5 No Unauthorized Commercial Distribution You may not sell, commercially distribute or monetize the original resource pack or modified versions of materials owned by REAL_ELDHO without explicit written permission. ### 3.6 No Unauthorized Branding You may not use the REAL_ELDHO name, branding or project identity to imply that your own projects are officially created, approved or maintained by REAL_ELDHO. --- # 4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND ATTRIBUTION Eldho's Textures contains contributions originating from other resource packs and independent creators. These materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. REAL_ELDHO does not claim ownership of third-party textures, designs or other independently created materials. ### 4.1 Original Ownership All third-party components remain subject to their respective creators' original licences and copyright conditions. ### 4.2 Independent Licensing Nothing in this license overrides, replaces or restricts permissions granted by the original creators of third-party components. ### 4.3 Attribution Original creators must receive the attribution required by their respective licences. Users must not remove legally required copyright notices or attribution information. ### 4.4 Redistribution Conditions Some third-party components may require additional permission before redistribution. The inclusion of a third-party component in Eldho's Textures does not automatically grant permission to redistribute that component independently or as part of another compilation. ### 4.5 Credits A list of acknowledged contributors and original projects is maintained in the project's CREDITS.md file. --- # 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REAL_ELDHO retains ownership of original materials created specifically for Eldho's Textures, including original textures, designs, project branding, documentation and other original contributions, subject to applicable third-party rights. Nothing in this license transfers ownership of REAL_ELDHO's original materials to users. Downloading or modifying the resource pack does not grant users ownership of the original work. Users receive only the limited permissions expressly described in this license. --- # 6. PRIVATE MODIFICATION CONDITIONS Users may privately modify materials owned by REAL_ELDHO for personal use. However: 1. Modified versions must not be publicly published. 2. Modified versions must not be redistributed. 3. Modified versions must not be sold. 4. Modified versions must not be presented as officially maintained releases. 5. Modifications must not be used to misrepresent the original creator. These restrictions do not override permissions independently granted by third-party creators. --- # 7. NO OFFICIAL AFFILIATION Eldho's Textures is an independent Minecraft resource pack project. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Eldho's Textures is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. REAL_ELDHO does not guarantee: * Compatibility with every Minecraft version. * Compatibility with every resource pack. * Compatibility with every mod or mod loader. * Error-free operation. * Availability of future updates. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REAL_ELDHO shall not be liable for damages arising from the use, inability to use or modification of the original materials covered by this license. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. --- # 10. TERMINATION Any permission granted under this license may terminate automatically if a user materially violates its conditions. Upon termination, the user must stop using the materials covered by the terminated permission and delete copies where legally required. Termination does not remove rights independently granted by third-party creators. --- # 11. PERMISSION REQUESTS Users who wish to publish, redistribute, commercially use or otherwise exercise rights not granted by this license must obtain explicit written permission from REAL_ELDHO before doing so.
