# Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the **MDCAT Prep** app (hereinafter referred to as "**Application**") for mobile devices created by **MahaTech** (hereinafter referred to as "**Service Provider**") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

## Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Device information (device model, operating system version, etc.)
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, interaction with the app)
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)

The Application uses **Google AdMob** to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain data to show relevant ads.

The Application does **not** collect precise location data and does **not** use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, User ID, Device Information, and Purchase History.

## Third Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

- **[RevenueCat](https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy)** — Used for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases

## Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show ads in the free version of the app.  
**Subscribers who purchase the premium plan will not see any advertisements.**

You can manage your ad personalization settings through your Google Account.

## Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider may disclose your information:

- As required by law or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider or users
- With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application

## Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by **uninstalling** the Application.  
You can also opt out of personalized advertising via:
- **Android**: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

## Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain your data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact us at mahatech.pk@gmail.com.

## Children

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

## Security

We implement reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date below. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
