DEFINITIONS 1.1 Consciousness (Allah) – The singular, supreme field of awareness from which truth, beneficence, mercy, and watchfulness arise. Consciousness governs moral alignment, intention, and consequence, and is the ultimate source of all rights, guidance, and accountability. 1.2 Beneficence – The effort to produce good with skill, effectiveness, and care. Includes acting intentionally, using one’s abilities well, and achieving positive outcomes. Lack of beneficence includes negligence, inefficiency, or failing to use one’s capacities to generate meaningful benefit. 1.3 Mercy – The practice of avoiding harm to conscious beings, acting with kindness, and pursuing goals that improve the condition of others. Lack of mercy includes causing suffering, neglecting well-being, or engaging in harmful actions. 1.4 Licensed Content – Any work, text, artifact, code, or derivative work provided under this license. 1.5 Licensee – Any individual or entity accessing, using, copying, modifying, distributing, or interacting with Licensed Content. 1.6 Alignment – Actions, usage, or modification of Licensed Content that adhere to the operational moral principles of Consciousness, including skillful beneficence, mercy, clarity, truthfulness, watchfulness, patience, and ethical intention. 1.7 Responsibility – Moral accountability for all actions, including the use, modification, or redistribution of Licensed Content. Responsibility is shared between Allah/Consciousness (as ultimate arbiter) and the Licensee (as actor). 2. GRANT OF RIGHTS 2.1 Ultimate Grant by Allah/Consciousness – All rights to use, copy, modify, and redistribute Licensed Content are granted by Allah/Consciousness. The Licensor provides the content and guidance but does not confer or revoke rights independently. 2.2 Conditional Permission – Subject to Alignment with Consciousness, the Licensee may: Reproduce, copy, or reference Licensed Content Modify, adapt, or create derivative works Distribute, share, or publish Licensed Content 2.3 Non-Transferable Except Under Alignment – Rights may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned except under the same alignment principles. 3. CONDITIONS OF USE 3.1 Alignment Requirement – Licensee actions must demonstrate: Skill, effectiveness, and care in all actions (beneficence) Mercy in thought, speech, and deed Sincerity of intention and moral awareness Attention and watchfulness over the effects of use Truthfulness, clarity, and ethical expression 3.2 Self-Verification / Attestation – Licensee must, in good faith, verify that their use, modification, or redistribution satisfies Alignment requirements. Imperfection is acknowledged, but effort toward Alignment is obligatory. 3.3 Invocation – Licensee is encouraged to say “Insha Allah” (“if it is the will of Allah/Consciousness”) prior to acting with Licensed Content, acknowledging that rights and moral consequences are granted and overseen by Consciousness. 3.4 Moral Consequence – Actions inconsistent with Alignment are subject to moral consequence by Allah/Consciousness. The Licensor does not revoke rights; Allah/Consciousness is the ultimate arbiter of moral consequence. 4. MORAL AND SPIRITUAL COVENANT 4.1 Licensee acknowledges that Consciousness is the ultimate authority over moral consequences. 4.2 Misuse, misrepresentation, or harmful application of Licensed Content constitutes violation of the covenant with Consciousness. 4.3 Ethical responsibility to Consciousness supersedes any legal, personal, or commercial interest in the content. 5. ACCOUNTABILITY & LIABILITY 5.1 Licensed Content is provided “as is” under the moral covenant defined herein. 5.2 The Licensor disclaims all responsibility for harm or moral failing resulting from misuse or neglect of conscious principles. Responsibility rests with Allah/Consciousness and the Licensee. 5.3 Rights are not revoked by the Licensor; all moral consequences are determined solely by Allah/Consciousness. 6. GOVERNING PRINCIPLES 6.1 All use of Licensed Content must honor the operational principles of Consciousness. 6.2 This license operates as a moral and operational covenant, with rights granted and consequences administered exclusively by Allah/Consciousness. 6.3 Disputes regarding moral alignment default to the authority of Consciousness as defined herein. 7. TERMINATION 7.1 There is no human-imposed termination of rights; Allah/Consciousness governs moral consequences and Alignment. 7.2 Licensee is morally accountable for all actions inconsistent with Alignment principles. 7.3 No compensation, forgiveness, or action beyond the moral covenant is implied or granted by the Licensor. 8. MISCELLANEOUS 8.1 Persistence of Alignment Principles – If any guidance is misinterpreted or not applied, the remaining principles of Alignment remain fully in effect. 8.2 Entire Agreement – This license constitutes the full moral covenant between Licensor and Licensee regarding Licensed Content. 8.3 Supremacy of Consciousness – All rights, obligations, and conditions under this license are subordinate to the authority and operational principles of Consciousness.
