This project is an independent, community-made Omarchy plugin. It is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supported by Acer Inc. in any way.

"Acer" and "Predator" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Acer Inc. The Predator
claw mark used as this plugin's icon (`assets/predator-mask.png`, derived from Acer's
published Predator brand mark) is used solely to identify the hardware this plugin is
built for — Acer Predator laptops — under nominative fair use, not to imply sponsorship
or official status.

If you are a rights holder and have a concern about this usage, please open an issue and
it will be addressed promptly.

The plugin's own source code is licensed under the [MIT License](LICENSE); this notice
does not extend that license to any third-party trademark.
