Bridges Samsung Wi-Fi home appliances (washer, dryer, oven, fridge, and more) to your MQTT broker using Home Assistant style discovery. Your appliances then show up on their own in Jeedom, Home Assistant, or any other MQTT Discovery consumer.
LOCAL, NOT CLOUD:
The bridge talks to the appliance directly on your LAN over OCF/IoTivity (DTLS), so it does not depend on Samsung's SmartThings cloud API (which becomes paid from October 2026). The appliance must have been onboarded once in the SmartThings app so it trusts the client certificate.
ONE PROCESS, MANY APPLIANCES:
Set APPLIANCE_COUNT and one block of APPLIANCE_<n>_* variables per appliance. Entities are derived from the resources the appliance itself exposes: operating state, cycle, remaining time, progress, temperature, door, power, and - where the appliance allows it - start/stop commands.
CERTIFICATE:
A client certificate + key must be generated once (see the project's setup_cert.py) and placed in the mounted /config folder as client_fullchain.pem and client.key.
