# VoiceWave Phase Recovery Plan (Archive)

## Purpose

This document now serves as an archive of the rescue cycle intent and transition point into Phase IV/V readiness.

## Recovery Outcome Summary

1. Core runtime path is whisper.cpp-first in desktop flow.
2. Rescue validation baseline is green:
   - `npm run test -- --run`
   - `npm run build`
   - `npm run phase3:validate`
3. Phase I/II/III implementation notes were resynced to runtime truth.

## Transition to Next Phases

1. Phase IV readiness checklist:
   - `docs/PHASE4_READINESS.md`
   - `npm run phase4:prep`
2. Phase V readiness checklist:
   - `docs/PHASE5_READINESS.md`
   - `npm run phase5:prep`

## Remaining Cross-Phase Blockers

1. Manual acceptance artifact still requires completion for Notepad + VS Code + browser flow.
2. Battery gate evidence still requires >= 30.0 minute capture in `docs/phase1/phase1-battery-thermal-windows.json`.
