TS Tips ("us", "we", or "our") operates the TS Tips mobile application (the "Service" or "App").

When you bookmark tips in the App, this information is stored locally on your device using the device's local storage mechanism. This data includes:

• Bookmarked Tips: List of tips you have bookmarked for quick access

Important: All bookmark data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your bookmarks on external servers. This data never leaves your device.

Push Notification Data

If you enable push notifications, we may collect:

• Device Tokens: Unique identifiers used to send push notifications to your device
• Notification Preferences: Your preferences for receiving notifications

This data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of sending you notifications about new tips or app updates.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience, including:

• App version and device information
• General usage patterns (anonymized)
• Error reports to help fix bugs

Third-Party Content

The App fetches TypeScript tips content from a public GitHub repository. We do not collect or store this content on our servers. The content is fetched directly from GitHub's public API.

TS Tips uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To notify you about changes to our Service (via push notifications, if enabled)
• To allow you to bookmark and access your favorite tips

All bookmark data is stored locally on your device. This data is not synchronized with any external servers and remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there.

  Firebase is an analytics and messaging service provided by Google Inc.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

• Access: You can access your locally stored bookmarks directly in the App
• Delete: You can delete your bookmarks at any time through the App's interface
• Push Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications through your device settings
• Uninstall: You can uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored data

10. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service:

• Local Data: Bookmark data is stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
• Push Notification Tokens: Retained only as long as necessary to provide notification services
• Analytics Data: Anonymous analytics data may be retained for analysis purposes

11. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
