# Implementation Status The current tree is an unreleased `0.1.0` synthetic-alpha candidate. It is usable for local review but is not a public v1 release. ## Complete in the candidate - schema-v1 Omarchy service, panel, and bar-widget entry points; - shared QML service with reconnecting private command/subscription sockets; - mounted UDisks source discovery and manual folder scanning; - RAW/JPEG/other-still/video/sidecar classification, pairing, and selection; - crash-safe in-panel folder browsing, paginated Grid/List inventory, and per-file plans; - sequential isolated thumbnails, a large detail viewer, and an opt-in privacy-filtered metadata summary; - standalone photo viewing from mounted folders and camera media without requiring an import destination or plan; - stable media identity across observed exFAT inode churn, with bounded sampled content verification before preview and import reads, strict filename encoding, and global traversal limits; - single-monitor keyboard journey and minimum-width visual UX review; - immutable plan hash/revision, path safety, capacity and destination preflight; - streaming exclusive-temp import, no-replace commit, Off/Basic/Strong modes; - full-hash duplicate confirmation and qualified outcomes; - serialized single-job admission and independently qualified primary-to-backup Strong transactions bound to the recorded primary hash; - cooperative chunk cancellation, immediate ownership-proven failure cleanup, and recovery-required journaling when cleanup cannot complete; - SQLite WAL journal and conservative startup commit/temp reconciliation; - transient idle-aware same-user engine, XDG-only mutable data, bounded same-UID IPC, bounded helper output, and reconnect-safe QML requests; - privacy-safe root marketplace preview captured from the real PhotoDock panel with an explicitly synthetic, metadata-free demo photo; - MIT licensing, contribution/security/governance/support policy, CI, and docs. ## Release-blocking work still open - fake and disposable-hardware UDisks add/remove/property event, read-only mount, busy unmount, sibling topology, eject, and power-off matrix; - full failpoint/SIGKILL/disconnect recovery matrix and file-level retry UX; - direct logind sleep inhibitor and notification integration; - atomic settings/presets, history maintenance UI, and backup retry command; - remaining multi-monitor, scale, keyboard, and screen-reader QA; - FAT32/exFAT destination no-replace/durability qualification; - exact-commit marketplace validation of the final preview and listing copy, plus owner approvals. The engine intentionally returns `PD_NOT_IMPLEMENTED` for state-changing device or maintenance commands whose evidence is incomplete. Do not work around these guards or describe those capabilities as supported.
