## Data handling

Negotiation Adviser does not operate an external server, database, analytics service, or publisher-controlled account system. The plugin consists of instructions, reference files and optional local Python helpers used with host-provided file capabilities inside the OpenAI platform. The helpers make no network calls.

The publisher does not independently receive or store the negotiation content entered into this plugin. Processing and retention performed by the OpenAI platform are governed by the user’s OpenAI product, account settings, and applicable OpenAI terms and privacy policies.

## Conversation continuity

The plugin does not persist negotiation state between separate conversations automatically. At the user's request, host file capabilities and optional helpers can save a portable snapshot in a user-chosen workspace. A fresh conversation needs explicit access to that snapshot and its case identity. Without files, users can supply a handover summary. The publisher does not receive these local snapshots through the plugin.

## Sensitive information

Users should avoid entering confidential, personal, legally privileged, regulated, or commercially sensitive information unless they are authorized to process it in their OpenAI environment.

## Scope

The plugin provides structured negotiation support. It does not provide legal representation, guarantee negotiation outcomes, contact counterparties, or autonomously accept agreements.
