If you do not agree, do not use the plugin. ## Service scope Negotiation Adviser is a skills-only plugin that provides structured assistance with negotiation preparation, offer design, alternatives and leverage, stakeholder process, difficult conversations, drafting, rehearsal, and deal review within the OpenAI platform. The plugin does not operate an external server, database, or user account. It cannot contact counterparties, make commitments, or accept an agreement on your behalf. ## Permitted use and user responsibilities You may use the plugin for lawful personal or business negotiation support. You are responsible for: - providing information that you are authorized to use; - checking the accuracy and suitability of outputs before relying on them; - protecting confidential, personal, privileged, or commercially sensitive information; - making your own negotiation and acceptance decisions; - complying with applicable laws, contracts, professional duties, and OpenAI terms; and - not using the plugin for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity. ## Not professional advice The plugin provides general informational and educational assistance. It does not provide legal representation or legal, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice. It does not create a professional-client relationship and offers no guaranteed negotiation outcome. Obtain advice from a qualified professional when your circumstances require it. ## Data and privacy The publisher's data practices are described in [PRIVACY.md](PRIVACY.md). The plugin does not operate publisher-controlled storage and does not persist negotiation state between separate conversations. Your use of the OpenAI platform, including the processing and retention of your prompts, files, and outputs, is governed by the OpenAI terms, privacy notices, account settings, and product configuration applicable to you. Do not provide information that you are not permitted to share. ## OpenAI platform dependency The plugin's availability and operation depend on the OpenAI platform. The publisher does not control platform uptime, model behavior, data handling, feature availability, or policy changes. OpenAI's terms govern your relationship with OpenAI and apply alongside these terms where relevant. ## Intellectual property The plugin instructions, original assets, and documentation remain the property of the publisher or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the plugin or third-party materials to you. You retain any rights you have in content you provide and remain responsible for having permission to use it.
