Use of the app is also subject to [Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) unless we publish separate terms for your region. ## Who we are **Math Kingdom** (“the app”, also referred to in materials as Королевство Математики) is an **offline-first** elementary math learning app for **iPhone and iPad**. It helps children and adults build math skills through a simple loop: **short theory → practice → session summary**. Topics include arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), fractions, decimals, measurement, and related elementary content bundled with the app. The interface and lesson content are available in **eight languages**: English, Russian, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, and Persian. **Core learning works without an internet connection**; lessons, exercises, glossary, and progress are available from data stored on your device. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app. ## Information we do not collect - We **do not** require an account or sign-in. - We **do not** ask for your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address inside the app for learning features. - We **do not** sell your personal information. - The app **does not** send your study progress, answers, or settings to our servers; **we do not operate a backend** that receives your learning data for the version described here. - The **current** version includes **no in-app purchases or subscriptions** and **no third-party advertising SDKs**. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy and the **App Privacy** details on the App Store listing. ## Information stored on your device To work offline and remember your place, the app stores data **locally on your device** using Apple’s app sandbox (for example **UserDefaults** and bundled JSON content), including: - **App settings** — interface language, sound and haptic preferences, questions per session, difficulty preset, optional per-question time limit, onboarding completion, and color theme - **Learning progress** — completed math sessions, per-topic accuracy, mastery badges, daily streak information, and which topic you last practiced - **Session summaries (persisted)** — per-session totals, first-try correctness counts, duration, and accuracy used for stats and mastery - **Session activity (in memory)** — during a practice session, individual exercise prompts and your answers are held on-device to show the session summary and optional mistake review; they are **not** saved to persistent storage after the session ends - **Scheduling hints** — such as a one-time “first session” topic after onboarding or diagnostic setup This data stays on your device under your Apple ID’s app storage. **We cannot access it remotely.** Deleting the app typically removes this local data (unless you restore from an encrypted device backup that still contains it). ## Device features the app uses - **Sound (optional)** — short feedback sounds during practice when sound is enabled in Settings; audio files are bundled with the app, not streamed from our servers. - **Haptics (optional)** — light vibration feedback on supported devices when enabled in Settings; handled on-device by iOS. - **No** access to the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or precise location for the version described here. ## Network and third parties - **No internet connection is required** for lessons, practice, glossary, or progress in the current version. - The app **does not** include Firebase, third-party analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or cloud sync in the current version. - **Apple** provides iOS, the App Store, and system services; their terms and privacy practices apply separately (see [Apple Privacy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)). If we add optional network features (for example crash reporting, content updates, or account sync) later, we will update this policy and App Store privacy labels before or when those features ship. ## Purchases The **current** version is **free** and does **not** offer In-App Purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are added later, payment will be processed by **Apple**; we will not receive your full payment card details, and we will update this policy and in-app purchase disclosures accordingly. ## Open-source and system software The app is built with Apple frameworks (for example SwiftUI) that run on your device. Any open-source components used in the app are incorporated so they operate **on-device** and do not, by design of how we use them, transmit your learning data to those projects’ authors. ## Analytics and crash reporting The **current** version does **not** use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not receive automated crash logs from your device unless you choose to share feedback with us by email. ## Children’s privacy Math Kingdom is designed for **elementary learners**, including children around **ages 6–10** learning with a parent or teacher. We **do not** knowingly collect personal information from children through the app as described above (no account, no deliberate in-app collection of contact details). The app does **not** currently open external websites, social networks, or in-app purchase flows. If we add links (for example to this privacy policy, support email, or the App Store) in a future version, we will describe them here and, where required by Apple, use age-appropriate protections such as a parental gate. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us (for example by email), contact us and we will address it. ## Your rights (EEA, UK, and similar regions) Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. **Most of the data described here is not on our systems**—it is on your device. For requests about information we hold (for example, an email you sent us), contact **rmndevapps@gmail.com**. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. ## California residents (CCPA / CPRA) We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly defined in California privacy law for the processing described in this policy. If you contact us with a verifiable California request, we will respond according to applicable law. ## International users If you use the app from outside the country where the developer is based, your information may be processed in the country where you use the device or where we respond to support email. ## Changes We may update this policy from time to time. The **Last updated** date at the top will change when we do.
