This name is kept so older docs and gate entries still resolve. Read and follow the `design`
skill (`skills/design/SKILL.md`) in `--system` mode: write `DESIGN.md`, lint it, export the
tokens, build `packages/ui` and the `/design-system` reference route, record baselines, open
gate G2.
