The software licenses permit use, modification, and redistribution of covered code, but do not grant permission to present a modified distribution as an official Flagship Labs release or to imply endorsement by the project maintainer.

Accurate descriptive statements such as “Based on Flagship Lab #001” are welcome. Modified distributions should use distinguishable names, logos, and visual branding so users can readily tell them apart from this project.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective holders and are used only for identification and attribution.
