# Privacy Policy for InOffice **Last updated: May 28, 2026** ## Overview InOffice ("the App") is a local-first attendance tracking application. Your privacy is important to us. ## Data Collection The App **does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data** to external servers. All data you enter (attendance records, settings) is stored exclusively on your device using local SQLite storage. ## No Account Required The App requires no account creation, login, or registration. No personal information is requested or collected. ## No Analytics or Tracking The App does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or third-party tracking services. ## Data Export The App optionally exports attendance data to Excel (.xlsx) files. This export is initiated by you and the file is saved to your device or shared via your chosen method (email, messaging, etc.). We do not have access to these exported files. ## Third-Party Services The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud platforms. ## Data Security Since all data remains on your device, data security is managed by your device's operating system. The App uses expo-sqlite which stores data in an unencrypted SQLite database on your device. ## Your Rights You can delete all app data at any time via the Settings screen within the App, or by uninstalling the App. ## Changes to This Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
