There are no projections on the effect on the treasury given 2025 budget and funding development out of it. Proposal says: \"Ensuring an optimal balance between treasury funding and staking rewards...\" yet there is no evidence that such change would bring us closer to that optimal balance. IMO this proposal is looking for a short-term benefit and is not constitutional."
