**Tab Group Manager** does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

## Data Access

This extension accesses:
- **Tab URLs and group names** in your current browser window, only when you click "Export"

This data is:
- Copied to your clipboard (export) or used to open tabs (import)
- Never sent to any server
- Never stored beyond your clipboard

## Permissions

- `tabs` - Read tab URLs for export
- `tabGroups` - Read tab group names for export
