Scan last completed Sunday–Saturday (SGT), and newer messages, across `~/Dropbox/notes/transcripts/`, email (`s.anand@straive.com`, `root.node@gmail.com`), work Google Chat, and WhatsApp. First run: backfill older outstanding commitments. Thereafter: carry forward and recheck every open item. Find things I promised, direct requests to me, and important dependencies **I need to chase**. Exclude tasks delegated to others, group questions, invitations, optional ideas, marketing, and expired logistics. Identify my WhatsApp messages carefully. Follow threads and later evidence; use `~/code/scripts/context.py` and live sources when exports are stale. Mark `[x]` only with proof the **outcome** happened, `[ ]` if I still need to act, or `#SKIP` otherwise. A promise, failed delivery, or meeting occurring doesn't prove completion. Don't invent or duplicate tasks. Cite source messages. Update transcript `actions:` and a consolidated `~/code/notes/pending-actions.md` containing only **my next actions**, or provide tested patches if read-only. Report **all open tasks**, sorted by impact and urgency, with next step and deadline; separately note uncertain closures and coverage gaps. Don't send follow-ups. ```
