[Netflix doesn't charge you if you lose DVDs in the mail](http://radar.oreilly.com/archives/2005/10/netflixs_take_on_st_happens.html). Nice of them. The only way I see it work is if they have the right to copy a DVD if they lose it in transit. Do they?
