Convert [PDF to HTML via Gmail](http://labnol.blogspot.com/2005/12/convert-doc-xls-ppt-rtf-pdf-to-html.html). This is the only way I know of converting something from PDF into another format. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for GoogleMail in the UK.
