Most countries' time zones are separated by a whole hour from GMT. The only [countries that are NOT seperated by a whole number of hours from GMT](http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/) are India, Afghanistan, Australia, Burma, Iran, Nepal and New Zealand.
