All user settings (color themes, brightness levels, and site ignore lists) are stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local.

This data never leaves your computer.

Data is retained only as long as the extension is installed. Uninstalling the extension automatically deletes all locally stored settings.

6. Justification of Permissions

tabs & <all_urls>: Required to identify the website URL to apply the user's specific saved theme settings and handle dynamic page changes.

scripting: Required to safely inject the visual CSS styles.

storage: Required to save user preferences locally.

7. Security
Because all processes occur locally, your data is protected by your device’s own security protocols. We do not use external servers, ensuring no risk of data breaches on our end.
