The MIT License below applies ONLY to the software (the construction pipeline
`duplexchat-pipe`, the reconstruction script, and the job templates in this
repository) and to the DuplexChat reconstruction METADATA (the manifest of
URLs and dialogue-span timings).

It does NOT grant any rights in the underlying source audio. Copyright in the
original podcast audio referenced by the metadata remains with the respective
publishers, and per-show terms vary. This project distributes no audio; anyone
reconstructing audio from the metadata is responsible for ensuring their use of
the source material complies with applicable terms and law.
