Cipher Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the **StillHere** mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

## 1. Information Collection and Use
While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data").

### Types of Data Collected

#### A. Personal Data
Items provided directly by you:
- **Identifier Data**: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- **Emergency Contact Data**: Names and Phone Numbers/Emails of your chosen emergency contacts. You provide this either by manual entry or by selecting contacts from your device's address book.
- **Check-in History**: Timestamps of your "I'M ALIVE" check-ins to monitor your safety.

#### B. Location Data
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so. We use this data only when an **Emergency Alert** is triggered (either by the "Watcher" system or the "Panic Button") to provide your contacts with your last known location via a Google Maps link.
- You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings.

#### C. Contacts
The App requests access to your device's address book solely to allow you to easily select an emergency contact. We do NOT upload your entire contact list to our servers; only the specific contact(s) you select for emergency alerts are stored in our secure database.

## 2. Third-Party Service Providers
We employ third-party companies to facilitate our App and provide services on our behalf:

- **Supabase**: We use Supabase for user authentication and database management. Your profile and safety settings are stored securely on their infrastructure.
- **Google AdMob**: Our App uses AdMob for advertising. Google may collect data (such as advertising IDs) to serve personalized ads. You can opt-out of personalized ads in your Google account settings.
- **System SMS/Phone**: The App uses your device's native SMS and Call features to send alerts. Standard carrier rates apply.

## 3. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is stored only as long as your account is active. 
- You may update or delete your profile information directly within the App's settings.
- If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated safety data, please contact us at the email provided below.

## 4. Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud providers (Supabase) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

## 5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

## 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
