    We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how the
  **AutoFiller** Chrome Extension handles your data.

    ## 1. What Data We Collect

    **AutoFiller does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data, browsing
  history, or form inputs.**

    The extension works with:
    * **Custom Mappings & Profiles:** Custom site configurations (URL match
  patterns, CSS selectors, field descriptions) that you input.
    * **JSON Payloads:** Structured form-filling data that you paste into
  the extension popup.
    * **Clipboard Content:** Text read from your clipboard only when you explicitly
  click the **"Paste"** button in the popup to load a JSON payload.

    ## 2. How Data Is Stored and Handled

    * **Local Storage Only:** All of your profiles, field mappings, and test
  configurations are stored locally on your device using Chrome's native `chrome.
  storage.local` API.
    * **No Server Transmission:** We do not operate any external servers, databases,
  or API portals. None of the data you enter, import, paste, or auto-fill is ever
  transmitted off your device.
    * **No Telemetry or Tracking:** This extension does not use any analytics
  services, trackers, cookies, or telemetry libraries.

    ## 3. Third-Party Services

    This extension does not integrate with, call, or share data with any third-
  party services or APIs.

    ## 4. Data Retention and Deletion

    * **Retention:** Your configurations remain on your device as long as the
  extension is installed.
    * **Deletion:** You can delete individual field mappings, reset payloads, or
  remove entire profiles directly from the settings panel. If you uninstall the
  extension, all stored configurations and data are automatically deleted by the
  browser.

    ## 5. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted
  here and will become effective immediately upon the release of the updated
  extension version.
