  - "UniverseSpigot" server software, including any fork, rebrand, or
    affiliated distribution of it
  - The individual known by the player name or handle "Vetryxx" (Minecraft
    UUID a92beda2-a2b6-48a9-aeaa-aa7ba71236fc), including any alternate
    accounts or renamed handles used by the same individual

This exclusion also extends to any individual acting as an owner, operator, or
administrator of the above at the time of this license's adoption, in that
capacity, and to any new entity substantially formed from the same operators
or infrastructure for the purpose of continuing to use the Software after
being excluded.

2. GENERAL REVOCATION FOR BAD-FAITH CONDUCT

Permission granted under this license is automatically revoked for any
individual, server, organization, or entity that:

  a) bans, blocks, or removes the author from a service or project without
     legitimate cause related to the author's own conduct on that service;
  b) misappropriates, redistributes, or rebrands the Software or derivative
     works without complying with the terms of this license;
  c) uses the Software in a manner intended to harm, defraud, or deceive its
     own users or the author.

The author reserves the right to publicly identify entities whose permission
has been revoked under this section.
