# MSF Brand Policy / MSF 品牌政策

## Brand assets

The MSF name, the Mizar logo, project icons, and their motion variants identify
the official MSF project. The visual requirements and generation prompt were
provided by the MSF maintainer. Codex generated the initial image from those
requirements; the maintainer selected and approved the final visual direction;
and the MIT-licensed `nolangz/pixel2motion` tool was used to fit the selected
raster image into motion-ready SVG and animated deliverables.

MSF retains the prompt, selected source image, SVG source, animation files,
generation and QA material, and SHA-256 records as provenance evidence. To the
extent recognized by applicable law, the maintainer reserves copyright and
other rights in the selected and maintained brand expression. No claim is made
to third-party tools, their source code, or unrelated third-party marks.

MSF 名称、Mizar Logo、项目图标及其动效版本用于识别 MSF 官方项目。视觉
要求和生成提示词由 MSF 维护者提供，初始图像由 Codex 按照这些要求生成，

## Relationship to the code license

The GNU GPL v3.0 license applies to MSF-authored software code. It does not by
itself grant trademark rights in the MSF name or Mizar identity, nor permission
to imply that a modified build, service, account, or distribution is official,
authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by MSF.

## Permitted descriptive use

You may use the MSF name and a proportionate logo image to identify, discuss,
review, link to, or accurately describe compatibility with the official MSF
project. Copyright and license notices required by the GPL or a third-party
license must remain intact.

可以合理使用 MSF 名称和适当尺寸的 Logo 来指向、讨论、评论、链接官方
项目，或准确说明与官方 MSF 的兼容关系。GPL 或第三方许可证要求保留的
著作权及许可声明不得删除。

## Modified distributions

Materially modified distributions should use a distinct project name and
identity. They must not use the MSF name or Mizar logo in a way likely to cause
confusion about source, maintenance, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law grants independently,
including truthful nominative or descriptive use.

发生实质修改的分发版本应使用可区分的项目名称和视觉标识，不得以容易造成
来源、维护者、隶属关系、授权或背书混淆的方式使用 MSF 名称或 Mizar Logo。
本政策不限制适用法律独立赋予的权利，包括真实、必要的指示性或描述性使用。
