### 1. 项目目的

本项目仅用于网络、DNS、流量转发及开源软件部署与管理相关的技术研究、交流和分享，不构成法律、合规、安全或其他专业建议。

本项目不提供代理节点、代理订阅、账号、访问凭据或相关网络服务，也不提供任何针对网络监管措施、内容过滤、访问控制或其他安全机制的规避教程。项目中有关代理、DNS、路由和流量转发的内容仅属于通用技术说明，不应被理解为鼓励、授权或协助任何违法违规行为。

### 2. 维护者立场与传播范围

本项目发布于通用开源代码托管平台，供开发者在合法、授权的网络环境中研究和使用。维护者未在中国大陆网络空间主动开展大规模传播，亦未面向中国大陆或其他特定国家、地区开展商业运营、用户招揽、代理服务或订阅服务。本项目在公开代码托管平台上可能被不同地区的使用者访问，不代表维护者面向该地区运营或向该地区提供服务。维护者不以帮助他人访问依法受限的网络资源或规避当地网络监管措施为目的传播本项目。

维护者不参与、不控制使用者的具体部署、配置选择、网络访问、流量转发或内容获取行为。使用者利用本项目实施的任何行为，均系使用者自主决定并独立实施，不代表维护者立场，也不构成维护者对该等行为的授权、指示、委托、合作或共同实施。

维护者不会以规避法律监管、内容过滤、访问控制或其他安全机制为目的，提供代理节点、订阅、访问凭据、个性化配置、远程部署、故障排查或其他技术协助。对于具有上述目的的请求，维护者有权拒绝处理或删除相关内容。

任何第三方对本项目进行分叉、镜像、打包、修改或再次传播，或者制作教程、提供配置、节点、订阅及相关服务，均属于该第三方的独立行为。未经维护者明确书面确认，该等行为不代表维护者，也不应被视为由维护者组织、授意、合作、认可或背书。

### 3. 使用者责任

任何人下载、安装、部署、配置、运行、传播或以其他方式使用本项目，均应在使用前自行了解并遵守其所在地及相关司法管辖区的法律法规、监管要求、网络运营方政策和第三方服务条款，并在必要时取得合法、充分的授权。

使用者应自行判断具体使用场景是否合法、合规、安全和适当，并独立承担因其使用行为产生的一切责任和后果，包括但不限于法律责任、行政责任、民事责任、刑事责任、账户处置、数据丢失、隐私泄露、网络故障、服务中断以及对第三方权益造成的影响。若使用者无法确认某项使用行为是否合法或已获授权，应立即停止使用并咨询具备资质的专业人士。

### 4. 第三方项目与内容

本项目会引用、兼容或调用 MosDNS、Mihomo、Zashboard 等第三方开源项目，并允许使用者自行导入配置、规则、订阅地址、节点信息、下载地址及其他外部内容。相关第三方项目、商标、配置、规则和内容的权利归其各自权利人所有，并适用其各自的许可证和使用条款。

除非本仓库另有明确说明，本项目维护者不提供、托管、销售、推荐、背书或审核任何第三方代理服务、订阅、节点、配置或外部内容，也不保证其合法性、安全性、准确性、完整性、可用性或持续性。使用者与第三方之间产生的任何交易、服务关系、争议或损失，均由相关当事方自行承担。

### 1. Purpose

This project is provided solely for technical research, discussion, and sharing concerning networking, DNS, traffic forwarding, and the deployment and management of open-source software. It does not constitute legal, compliance, security, or other professional advice.

This project does not provide proxy nodes, proxy subscriptions, accounts, access credentials, or related network services, nor does it provide instructions intended to circumvent network regulation, content filtering, access controls, or other security mechanisms. Any material concerning proxies, DNS, routing, or traffic forwarding is general technical information only and must not be interpreted as encouraging, authorizing, or assisting unlawful conduct.

### 2. Maintainer Position and Scope of Distribution

This project is published on a general-purpose open-source code-hosting platform for research and use in lawful, authorized network environments. The maintainers have not actively conducted large-scale dissemination within Mainland China's online space and do not conduct commercial operations, user solicitation, proxy services, or subscription services directed at Mainland China or any other particular country or region. The fact that this project may be technically accessible from a particular jurisdiction through a public code-hosting platform does not mean that the maintainers operate in, target users in, or provide services to that jurisdiction. The maintainers do not distribute this project for the purpose of helping others access network resources restricted by law or evade local network regulation.

The maintainers do not participate in or control any user's deployment, configuration choices, network access, traffic forwarding, or content retrieval. Any action performed by a user with this project is independently decided and carried out by that user. It does not represent the maintainers' position and does not constitute authorization, instruction, agency, cooperation, or joint conduct by the maintainers.

The maintainers will not provide proxy nodes, subscriptions, access credentials, individualized configurations, remote deployment, troubleshooting, or other technical assistance for the purpose of evading legal regulation, content filtering, access controls, or other security mechanisms. The maintainers may reject or remove requests made for such purposes.

Any third party that forks, mirrors, packages, modifies, or redistributes this project, or creates tutorials or provides configurations, nodes, subscriptions, or related services, acts independently. Unless expressly confirmed in writing by the maintainers, such conduct does not represent the maintainers and must not be treated as organized, instructed, coordinated, approved, or endorsed by them.

### 3. User Responsibility

Anyone who downloads, installs, deploys, configures, runs, distributes, or otherwise uses this project must independently understand and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, network operator policies, and third-party terms, and must obtain all necessary authorization before use.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether a particular use is lawful, compliant, secure, and appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users bear all responsibility and consequences arising from their conduct, including legal, administrative, civil, or criminal liability; account action; data loss; privacy breaches; network failures; service interruption; and impacts on third-party rights. If a user cannot confirm that a use is lawful and authorized, the user should stop and consult a qualified professional.

### 4. Third-Party Projects and Content

This project may reference, interoperate with, or invoke third-party open-source projects such as MosDNS, Mihomo, and Zashboard, and it allows users to import configurations, rules, subscription URLs, node information, download URLs, and other external content. All rights in third-party projects, trademarks, configurations, rules, and content remain with their respective owners and are subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this repository, the maintainers do not provide, host, sell, recommend, endorse, or review any third-party proxy service, subscription, node, configuration, or external content, and make no representation regarding its legality, security, accuracy, completeness, availability, or continuity. Any transaction, service relationship, dispute, or loss between a user and a third party is solely the responsibility of the relevant parties.

### 5. No Warranty

This project is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers and contributors disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, and continued availability. Users should independently review, test, assess risks, and back up data before using the project in a production environment.

### 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this project, project-generated configurations, third-party dependencies, or external content. An independent act by a user or third party does not automatically become an act or responsibility of the maintainers merely because that person uses, modifies, redistributes, or refers to this project.
