Microsoft Store and Xbox/UWP were removed from product scope (`PLAN-XBOXUWP-END-001`, `IMPL-XBOXUWP-042`). Files under `xbox/` and `xbox-store-publishing.md` remain only as historical records; they are intentionally excluded from the current wiki manifest.
