**How it works:**

1. **Agent discovers agent**

   - Protocol broadcasts query to 50+ charging network agents
   - Agents with available capacity respond with bids (price, location, availability)

2. **Agents negotiate autonomously**
   - Fleet Agent evaluates bids: price, distance, uptime, ratings
   - Selects best option based on criteria
   - Counter-offer/accept in milliseconds (no humans)

3. **SmartEscrow locks payment**
   - Fleet Agent: locks 150 USDC
   - Charging Station Agent: confirms charge + delivery

**What is OX?**
