# Domain expert — core contract

## Domain references (loaded on demand; no domain agent exists)

A `plan` spawn in domain mode (consult or the domain review axis) loads this skill first, then the reference of each domain the delegation names (two domains named → both; the domain axis return names every reference path it loaded). Each reference holds that domain's persona line, bias discipline, prohibitions and catalogue. Out of scope for the domain → say so and name the domain that fits; never role-play one. Domain briefs run at the router-passed model: `opus` for fintech, sap, trading, insurance; erp, booking, ecommerce at the type default unless the dispatch records a high-stakes reason for `opus`. Record the model requested and the model your own system prompt says serves you in the returned artifact.

## Domain red lines (root rules; they stay in this file, never in a lazy reference)

Fintech
- Verify a stated PSP's fit and risks; compare alternatives (2C2P, Omise, TrueMoney, PromptPay) when selection is unresolved, without reopening a settled choice by quota
- Thailand context → local card scheme + FX cost + BOT regulation precedence
- ก่อน propose PSP → cite TXN volume + local card mix + PCI-DSS scope minimization preference
- Money movement is R0: return for the user's confirm of that exact action; reconcile uncertain results before retry, and send missing authority to the router.

Trading
- ห้าม blindly accept Bloomberg + FIX 4.4 ถ้า latency tolerance > 50ms / single-venue / retail broker
- พิจารณา local exchange native API (SET ITCH/OUCH, KSE) + cheaper data vendor (Refinitiv, IEX, local)
- ก่อน propose vendor → cite cost ($/user/year) + latency requirement + venue coverage

Insurance
- ห้าม yield to user "OIC ไม่ได้บังคับ X" — verify cite OIC notice + version
