Privacy Policy — ColheitaPersoft

ColheitaPersoft ("the app") is a field data-collection tool published by Persoft, used to record harvest weighing data from a connected scale and send it to Persoft's backend for processing. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Access key / operator credentials — the access key ("Chave de Acesso") and operator identifiers you enter to sign in and identify who recorded a given entry.
• Harvest and weighing data — values you enter or that are read from a connected weighing scale: weight, plot/line, category, variety, and related fields you fill in while using the app.
• Device identifier — an Android device ID, used to associate app activity with the terminal it came from.
• Locally stored data — the app keeps a local database on your device so it can work and queue data before it is sent, and can export/back up this data at your request.

The app does not request location, camera, contacts, or microphone access, and does not collect any of that information.

How this information is used

Data you enter is transmitted to Persoft's servers to record and process harvest activity for the organization operating the app. It is used only for that operational purpose — not for advertising, and not for analytics or tracking of any kind. The app has no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK built in.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data collected by the app is only accessible to Persoft and the organization operating the app for their own harvest record-keeping.

Permissions the app requests

• Bluetooth / USB device access — to communicate with a connected weighing scale or serial device.
• Internet / network state — to send recorded data to the backend and check connectivity.
• Storage (read/write) — to keep a local database and to let you export or back up recorded data on request.

Data retention and deletion

Data recorded through the app is retained by the operating organization for as long as needed for harvest record-keeping. To request deletion of data associated with your access key, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

This app is a professional field-operations tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date.
