## Catalog adaptation changes

Local corrections change the imported references: fixed encrypt-then-MAC guidance, authentication timing/atomic token use, language semantics (Rust, Kotlin, Ruby, C#, PHP, JavaScript, Swift, Go, Python/C), version-dependent claims and unsafe example mitigations. The root duplicate frontmatter/description was repaired. Reference adaptations retain CC-BY-SA-4.0 and the pinned Trail of Bits attribution above; original blob IDs identify input material, not current local bytes. No upstream endorsement or live vulnerability finding is claimed.
