# Individual skill review campaign — coverage reconciliation

Frozen catalog: `dee7acce0658c35cb276154892700811affcfdb2` (2,641 root trees,
2,743 nested-inclusive SKILL.md entrypoints). Integration main:
`740db8bc2fa6fd62aac9303c8356d6a3b87151ac` (11 additional root trees).

The frozen root inventory is exactly partitioned into 284 preserved prior IDs
(283 historical roots plus telegram) and 2,357 campaign IDs. Batch lists are
unique, disjoint from preserved IDs and cover every frozen root. The 11 additions
are disjoint from that inventory and are included in batch 17. No previously
reviewed root was reassigned to fill a batch.

Campaign dispositions including main additions: 2,368 roots = 2,042 corrected,
322 retained, 4 removed. Together with the 284 prior IDs, this accounts for all
2,652 integration-base root trees. These are reviewed/dispositioned inventory
counts, not a claim that removed unread material or untested runtimes were
certified. All source PRs are merged. The four removals leave 2,648 root trees
and 2,750 entrypoints at the source closeout; these are different inventory units.
Three root containers have nested entrypoints without a root-level SKILL.md.

The user explicitly approved removing xlsx-official for its restrictive license.
The related pdf-official, docx-official and pptx-official bundles are removed with
license findings and unread-file exceptions in their batch dossiers. Batch 17
has 113 removed unread files plus one MP3 inspected by hash/container metadata
without listening/transcription. Binary inspection, external sources, static
checks and runtime limits remain documented per root.

Every file inventory binds before/after SHA-256 and Git modes. The immutable-head
validation receipts are external; PR check results determine readiness. Tessl
unavailable/skipped means manual-review-required; this report grants no merge
attestation. Source PRs omit generated snapshots and plugin mirrors, which are
owned by the protected release workflow. No merge, release, campaign send,
provider workload or publication was performed by the original campaign completion
step. The subsequent integration status below supersedes its pre-merge delivery state.

The dangling `skills/docx` and `skills/pptx` alias symlinks were also removed; these were pointers to the removed trees, not additional reviewed root inventories.

## Integrated source closeout

The final review batches and evidence repair #2098 are reachable from protected
main. Subsequent dependency repairs #2100/#2101 and the original UX3 diagram
restoration #2102 are also merged. At source closeout
`c8fa2aaa029ebb5f5faca9298b1fe243cc2672e5`, clean main matched origin/main and
the exact-main CI, CodeQL and protected maintenance-cycle verification passed.
There were no open issues after #2102 closed #2092.

The diagram supplement verifies all 89 previous product-design-harness file
hashes against their reviewed state and restores the two original static SVG
blobs, reaching all 91 upstream paths. The dependency dossier records source
fixes independently from the later maintainer dismissals of stale alert states.
Neither supplement changes the campaign's root dispositions or reruns earlier
individual reviews.

This report establishes source integration. Publication and installed-host
verification belong to the separately authorized 20.0.0 release evidence.
