Commented-out tests are dead code that can silently accumulate. Use `.skip()` to temporarily disable tests so they remain visible and tracked by the runner. Commented-out hooks (`before`, `after`, `beforeEach`, `afterEach`) are flagged too — remove them since hooks have no `.skip()`.
