Skales Trademark Notice

"Skales", the Skales logo, and the names Skales Desktop, Skales Mobile, Skales Code, Skales IQ, Skales Relay, Skales Local, Skales Pocket, Iris Orbit, and Lio are trademarks of Mario Simic, Vienna, Austria.

You may refer to Skales by name to describe, review, or link to the unmodified original software. You may not use these names or the logo on a modified, rebranded, or redistributed copy, in a product name, domain, app-store listing, or company name, or in any way that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with Skales.

Names that are NOT ours travel the other way, and the licences that let Skales ship somebody else's work never hand over the name that goes with it. "Noto" is a trademark of Google LLC: the Noto Color Emoji typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and the Noto Emoji 3D and animated artwork under CC BY 4.0, both attributed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md, and neither licence grants any right in the Noto name or in Google's marks.
