Guard required if write mode added later. ## What You Must Do When Invoked During analysis, assign a confidence level to each finding: proven (confirmed by evidence), likely (strong signal, needs review), or suspected (weak signal). Get confirmation. ### Step 3 - Scan ```powershell & "/scripts/deploy-drift-scan.ps1" -ProjectDir "" ``` ### Step 4 - Classification Read each drift in context: - **Critical**: data loss, security exposure, availability impact (e.g. public S3 with PII, missing replica on payment API) - **Major**: degradation, performance impact (e.g. resource limits removed, missing readiness probe) - **Minor**: cosmetic, non-functional (e.g. label mismatch, different image tag in dev) - **Info**: intentional drift (hotfix, scaling event, known deviation documented) ### Step 5 - Write report File `deploy-drift-report.md` in current working directory: 1. **Summary** - counts per severity, total drifts. 2. **Drift table** - sorted critical first.
