Framewrk End User Licence Agreement Copyright (c) 2026 Scott Michalczyk. All rights reserved. Framewrk is free to use. It is not open source. WHAT YOU MAY DO You may download, run and use Framewrk, on as many computers as you like, at home or at work, for as long as you like, without paying anything and without asking permission. You may make copies of the unmodified software for your own backup purposes. You may write about it, link to it, take screenshots of it, and tell people where to get it. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO You may not sell Framewrk, charge for access to it, or include it in a product or service you charge for. You may not redistribute it — that includes republishing the container image under another name or on another registry, and bundling it into an appliance or an app store listing. Point people at the official download instead, so they get the real thing and the current version. You may not modify it and pass the result on to anyone else. Modifying your own copy, for your own use, is fine. You may not remove or alter the copyright notices, the licence, or the version the software reports. NO WARRANTY Framewrk is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use of or other dealings in the software. This matters more than it usually does, because Framewrk uploads to and deletes from accounts you own on services that are not the author's. It talks to Aura and Nixplay through interfaces those companies do not publish and may change or withdraw at any time. Framewrk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Aura, Nixplay or PhotoPrism. Keep your own backups of your photos. The copies on your frames are not a backup, and neither is anything Framewrk stores. IF THIS DOESN'T SUIT YOU If you want to do something this licence does not allow, ask. The answer may well be yes.
