# Privacy Policy for CISpir

CISpir does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers.

## Data stays on your device

- Subtitle text, audio clips, and video metadata are sent exclusively to your local Anki installation via AnkiConnect (`localhost:8765`)
- Anki deck name preference and active tab ID are stored locally using Chrome's `storage.local` API — they never leave your browser
- No analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry — nothing is ever sent to the internet

## Third-party services

CISpir does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
