Implement the explicitly supplied spec or tickets end to end.

## Workflow

1. Read the spec or tickets and the relevant repository guidance.
2. Implement the smallest coherent solution that satisfies them.
3. Validate in proportion to the change's scope and risk. Prefer targeted checks; run broad suites only when the change warrants them or the user requests them.
4. Report what changed, what was validated, and any remaining limitation.

## Scope

Keep the work in the current thread. Delegate, run a formal code review, or create a commit only when the user explicitly requests it.
