# NOTICE ## Methodological upstream acknowledgement `amazon-sucareer` is an independently maintained project for Amazon and cross-border e-commerce career workflows. Its early methodology and architecture were materially informed by the open-source project: - `Hisn00w/ASu-skills` - https://github.com/Hisn00w/ASu-skills `ASu-skills` introduced and developed several ideas that influenced the early direction of this project, including evidence-constrained career reframing, shared claim/evidence baselines across Skills, responsibility boundaries, and the separation of individual contribution from team outcomes. `ASu-skills` is distributed under the MIT License. Its upstream copyright and license text is preserved in [`licenses/ASu-skills-MIT.txt`](licenses/ASu-skills-MIT.txt). ## Independent development and extension Building on those methodological foundations, `amazon-sucareer` has been independently redesigned and extended for Amazon and cross-border e-commerce operations recruiting scenarios. The project currently includes independently developed or substantially extended structures and workflows such as: - Career Evidence Ledger v2.0 and its expanded evidence schema; - responsibility, ownership, attribution, causality, confidence, and confidentiality controls; - Amazon operations competency and metric frameworks; - career-level and positioning calibration; - JD mapping and gap analysis; - evidence-constrained resume generation; - resume claim auditing; - interview claim verification and follow-up questioning; - multi-Skill orchestration and responsibility separation; - synthetic fixtures, validation rules, and regression tests. These components are maintained as part of the `amazon-sucareer` project unless a specific file, section, or notice states otherwise. ## Relationship to upstream `amazon-sucareer` is not an official release, fork, extension, or affiliated project of `ASu-skills`.
