GenLauncher is released under the [MIT License](LICENSE). That covers everything in this repository that was written for
it: the launcher (`src/`, `src-tauri/`), the website (`website/`), the tools, the mod index and the logo.

## Third-party material

- **`reference/old-launcher/translations/`** holds the interface translations of the original GenLauncher 1.x by p0ls3r and
  its contributors (<https://github.com/p0ls3r/GenLauncher>). That project does not state a license, so these files are **not**
  covered by the MIT License. They are kept only as a reference for translating the new launcher and will be removed unless
  their authors permit their use.
- **Mods** are not part of this repository. The mod index only points to each mod's own page; every mod belongs to its authors
  and is subject to their terms.
- *Command & Conquer* and *Generals* are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. This is an unofficial fan project.

## Credits

The original GenLauncher is by **p0ls3r** and contributors. The first version of the mod index was converted from
[GenLauncherModsData](https://github.com/p0ls3r/GenLauncherModsData).
