# v0.7.48: combined stream synchronization

This publication reconciles the completed provenance, quantum and Prometheus
streams against a single private source snapshot. All 328 formal Lean sources,
including the root, match that snapshot; MasterSuite has 284 direct imports.
Previously published source maps, reports and English documentation are retained.

The root now explicitly imports both the challenge-registry and Ready/Prepared
contracts, restoring idempotence of their integration recipes. Shared registry
ordering and batch metadata are synchronized. The existing replay contract permits
a historical reply without a new consumption or authorization; this release does
not change that API.

The release procedure requires independent full beta verification of the final
public tree, including strict Lake/source checks, both axiom auditors, the qutrit
Spec and all live tests. Target-qualified SQLite tests run explicitly in a
network-isolated local container with the existing pinned artifact mounted at the
public profile's exact path. Hashes and loaded identity are checked before use;
the host system library and production profiles are not replaced.

Hosted GitHub Actions checks the portable proof/test surface and native crypto
backend. The separately opted-in, host-qualified SQLite cases remain excluded
there; a green hosted run alone is not a full native acceptance result. The full
local release receipt records actual results and scope separately. No source or
verification condition is relaxed to accommodate the example target profile.

This is a serial package publication with full release verification, not a new
independent system/security audit. Historical version tags and the designated
v0.7.1 beta basis remain unchanged. Lake's package version remains 0.7.1.
The new full-verification receipt binds this release's exact source tree.

Physical durability, external Witness freshness, concurrent implementation
refinement and real deployment acceptance remain separate obligations.
Authorization stays blocked; no hardware operation or production migration is
performed. Private Digital Brain records, raw logs and frozen grant material are
not part of this export.
