Thank you for using PhotoHub (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and safeguards your information.
1. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to PhotoHub and its companion local network web management interface (collectively referred to as "the Service"). The App is designed to operate entirely offline. All functionality is confined to your own devices and your home or office local area network (LAN). The App does not connect to the internet and will never upload, transmit, or store your photos, videos, or any other data to external servers or cloud services.
2. Information Collection and Use
2.1 Local Data Access
To enable photo album management features, the App requires access to media files (such as photos and videos) stored on your device.
All media files are processed locally on your device and may be shared or displayed across other devices you authorize within your local network (e.g., between your smartphone and computer).
We do not collect, log, upload, or share any of your personal content.
2.2 Network Communication
While operating within your local network, the App may establish temporary local connections (e.g., via HTTP or WebSocket) between your mobile device and computer to synchronize actions or preview images.
Such communication is strictly limited to your local network environment. It does not traverse the public internet and cannot be accessed by third parties.

Note: If your photos are stored in iCloud Photo Library, the system may require general internet access permissions to sync with iCloud. However, PhotoHub itself does not use this internet access to transmit your photos or personal data outside your local network.
2.3 Logs and Diagnostic Information (if applicable)
If the App includes a local logging feature (for debugging purposes), all logs are stored solely on your device and are never automatically sent to the developer or any third party.
You may view or delete these logs at any time directly on your device.
3. Data Security
All your data remains stored exclusively on your own devices. The App does not provide any form of cloud backup or remote internet-based access.
We strongly recommend securing your home or office Wi-Fi network (e.g., by using a strong password and enabling WPA2/WPA3 encryption) to prevent unauthorized access to your local network.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or social plugins (such as Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.).
Your data is never shared with any external services.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian, please supervise minors’ use of this application.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to feature enhancements or legal requirements. The revised policy will be published within the App or on the project’s official website, along with its effective date.
In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via in-app announcements or other appropriate means.
