1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Word Chain Game (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to exploit or disrupt the game or services

3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, design, gameplay logic, logos, sounds, and text, is the property of Sound Potato and protected by copyright laws.

4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases, such as:

No Ads – disables interstitial ads

Coins – virtual currency used to activate power-ups

All purchases are handled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not issue refunds except as required by law or store policy.

You are responsible for managing your purchases, including parental controls to prevent unauthorized spending.

5. Ads and Monetization
This App is supported by advertisements via IronSource LevelPlay and its partner ad networks. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location and consent.

Purchasing the “No Ads” upgrade disables interstitial ads but may not remove rewarded ads you voluntarily choose to watch.

6. User Data & Privacy

By using the App, you acknowledge that anonymized data may be collected via:

Firebase (for analytics and crash reporting)

Google UMP (for consent management)

IronSource LevelPlay (for ad mediation)

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound Potato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
