Summary: BuyWise runs entirely in your browser. We operate no servers, collect no personal data, and use no analytics or tracking. Your API keys and history stay on your device.
Nothing. BuyWise has no backend. We do not receive, store, or transmit any of your data to us, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
The following is saved locally via the browser's chrome.storage and never leaves your
device except as described below:

To produce a verdict, BuyWise sends your product query and gathered context directly from your browser to the services you have configured — never through us:
Each provider processes that data under its own privacy policy. Your keys are sent only to their respective provider for authentication and are never transmitted to BuyWise.
On supported store pages (Amazon, Flipkart), BuyWise reads publicly visible product information (title, price, rating, and shown reviews) in your browser to ground the verdict. It never logs into, or accesses the account on, any store. This information may be included in the prompt sent to your chosen AI provider as part of an analysis you request.
BuyWise is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
